By booking in and using our services you agree to the terms and conditions below.

These Terms and Conditions apply to Reaper Remaps LTD, based at Unit 2, Black Bear Bridge, Knutsford Road, Warrington, WA4 1HN. Any references to Reaper Remaps, the Company, we, us or our within these Terms and Conditions relate to this business.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, the customer, and Reaper Remaps once you book your vehicle in with us. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is in good working condition and has been properly maintained. While we take care in delivering our services, we cannot guarantee that work carried out will not cause issues where there are existing faults, poor maintenance, or servicing concerns. Before any software tuning, we carry out a basic inspection; however, this is not a full mechanical assessment and may not identify all underlying issues. If we advise that proceeding with our services may pose a risk to your vehicle and you choose to continue, you do so at your own discretion. This may apply, for example, to high-mileage or poorly maintained vehicles. 

 

Our services may reveal or worsen previously unknown faults or weaknesses within a vehicle. We cannot guarantee that such issues will not arise, including issues that could lead to engine failure.

We cannot guarantee that our services will not affect or invalidate any manufacturer or third-party warranty you may have.

If you experience an issue with our services or products, please:
(a) contact us as soon as reasonably possible;
(b) allow us a fair opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue on the software if needed. (We will not cover any mechanical failures)

As a consumer, you have legal rights if services are not provided with reasonable care and skill, or if materials used are faulty or not as described. Further advice can be obtained from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. These Terms do not affect those rights.

If we do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible only for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated. Losses arising from circumstances described in clause 2.4 are not considered foreseeable.

We are not responsible for recovery or breakdown costs if your vehicle becomes immobile.

Our services are provided for personal and private use only. We do not accept liability for business-related losses such as loss of profit, loss of business, or interruption to business activities.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) breach of statutory rights under the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or
(d) liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 for defective products.

You may cancel your booking before work begins, including where circumstances beyond our control apply or where changes to these Terms materially disadvantage you:
You may cancel at any time before work starts by contacting us, and we will confirm the cancellation.

If we need to cancel your booking before services begin:
(a) This may be due to circumstances outside our control or the unavailability of essential staff or equipment. We will notify you as soon as possible.
(b) Any advance payments for uncompleted services will be refunded in full.
(c) If work has already started, no charge will be made for the work carried out.

​

We offer a fourteen (14) day money-back guarantee from the date work is completed. Any refund under this guarantee is subject to a £50 (including VAT) fee.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. If this happens, we will notify you in writing and your rights will remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

We retain a lien over any vehicle and its contents for unpaid amounts owed to us.

Storage charges may apply if a vehicle is not collected within 30 days of delivery to us.

We are not responsible for loss or damage unless caused solely by our negligence or deliberate actions. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or use.

This agreement is between you and Reaper Remaps only. No third party has the right to enforce these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain valid.

Any delay or failure by us to enforce our rights does not mean those rights are waived unless confirmed in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
